Oman Scouts & Guides association pleased to invite all Rovers, Scouts,  
Guides and Leaders around the world to join one of the significant  
activities in Rover Arab Moot.

Publishing The First International Rover Net Moot during Arab Rover  
moot in Sultanate of Oman.

Participate and take a part in the International Rover Net Moot to  
enhance the scouting friendship and brotherhood at 12-13 Aug 2009  
during the Arab Rover Moot Camp.
Rover and Leaders from all over the world will meet and communicate  
with each other through the Internet,
Via ( MIRC & teamspeak ) for 42H
